Sunjae Lee is the managing attorney at Sunjae Law P.C.
Over the years, Mr. Lee has handled hundreds of cases from initial consultation to completion, utilizing his fluency in Korean and English languages.
Mr. Lee is licensed in both New York and New Jersey, and his main practice areas are divorce, real estate, and immigration.
Mr. Lee helped hundreds of people in agreement about their divorces as well as those in disagreement, and also where spouses are uncooperative or missing.
Mr. Lee has years of experience in negotiating and drafting various agreements, from divorce settlement agreements to contracts of sale, including leases and business agreements.
Mr. Lee personally handles buying and selling of both residential and commercial properties from contract negotiation to closing, and he also has a strong background in short sales.
Mr. Lee also helped many families and individuals with immigration matters, such as for family-based green cards and naturalizations.
Mr. Lee serves as the secretary for the non-profit organization Korean American Civic Empowerment, and also as a KACE Task Force member providing pro bono consultations. Mr. Lee is also a volunteer attorney for the Pro Bono Clinic at the Korean American Lawyer Association of Greater New York. Mr. Lee has been volunteering as the moot court judge for the annual NYU National Immigration Law Competition.
